In customer service positions at Pome Fashions and Braulio Hardware, I developed strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a freelance data annotator for Scale AI, I ensured the accuracy of multi-dimensional data sets, contributing to the development of AI models. My role as a Debt Officer at Goodwill Shylock and Enterprise involved managing debtor communications and implementing strategies to improve debt recovery rates.
