Tasks

1. Gather financial information, prepared documents and closed books.
2. Performed daily reconciliations and prepared their report statements so as to resolve any discrepancies before any payments were made.
3. Writing and issuance of cheques to clients and employees.
4. Processing proposals used for the payments after making the necessary deductions.
5. Batching, Clearing and Filing of documents.
6. Reallocating funds that may have been paid to the wrong client accounts.
7. Processing the client's deposit refund.
8. Participated in the company's semi-annual stock take.
