Aged 45 years, professional mature with hands on experience in crop specialization,as a farm manager/Agronomist.

Currently managing over 200acres of land in Production of vegetables,pulses,fruit trees and cereal crops for our 1000+dairy cattles,sheep's and goats.

Am also managing a workforce of 100+ employees and other factors of production including farm inputs,tools, equipments and machinery.

Currently we a rehibilitating towards organic farming where we are now redecomposing our own available manure into valued product.

Farm planning.

Planning of farming activities to be done and accomplished on weekly basis and implemented on daily programs.

Farm Organization.

Organize all factors of production with an aim to achieve what was planned prior to implementation.

Directing.

Directing all factors of production to where they are supposed to be utilized through delegating authority, resources and all tools of management to achieve desirable outcomes.

Coordinating.

Coordinating all activities of Production to work in tandem with different production departments to produce right qualities and quantities as planned.

Control.

Control and foresee that all factors of Production are used efficiently to minimize costs and wastages
