• Training students/youths/learners to develop skills,knowledge and techniques for online works.
• Up-skill learners in basic digital and computer skills for engaging online works.
• Resource point for issues regarding digitally enabled jobs through training and exposures.

• Onboard and train newbies 
• Oversee daily operational activities and manage the performance of trainees
• Review tasks of trainees and in-house taskers before submission
• Keeps track of trainees’ learning and progress then evaluate 
• Maintain Bootcamp training materials to project assigned to Conduct surveys from trainees collaborate with fellow trainers, lead trainers, and coordinators for possible action plans from findings Input data to trackers for reporting needs 
• Create low-mid level reports essential to daily operations and report highlight, lowlights, and key daily summary to immediat seuperior 
• Discuss and implement existing Remotasks Bootcamp policies 
• Utilize all training tools and methods implemented by Remotasks Bootcamp 
• Channel complaints, ideas/suggestions, and grievances from Trainees to Lead Trainers 
• Attend scheduled meetings and training/continuous improvement sessions
