Customer Service: Providing support to travelers before, during, and after the trip. This includes answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience.
Budget and Cost Management: Ensuring that tours are delivered within budget constraints, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability for the business.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all tours comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. This includes keeping up to date with travel advisories, insurance policies, and health and safety guidelines.
Market Analysis and Trends: Keeping up with trends in the travel industry, understanding customer preferences, and continuously improving the offerings to meet demand and stay competitive.
Marketing and Sales: Collaborating with marketing teams to promote travel packages, designing promotional materials, and sometimes even leading sales efforts to attract new customers.
Crisis Management: Handling any unexpected situations that may arise during tours, such as flight cancellations, weather disruptions, or other emergencies.
Experience
