Duties:
a) Receives orders and verify that the correct items and amounts have been delivered and
ensure that they are properly stored in the warehouse.
b) Checks purchase orders for accuracy, completeness and clarity. I ensure that I verify that
product information, shipping information, cost and delivery dates are all correct before
obtaining authorization to place an order.
c) Following up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders
d) Maintains an updated record of invoices and quotations
e) Verifies current stoke levels and keep records and inform the relevant personnel when stoke
levels are low to order new products.

Position: Procurement Intern
Duties:
f) Received goods and entered into store receipt sheets
g) Kept record of goods in the store in bin cards
h) Assisted in the preparation of purchase orders and keeping track of purchase- related tasks
i) Prepared Agendas and Minutes for meetings
j) Participated in preparation of tender documents and quotation documents
k) Assisted in verification and endorsing of invoices for payments
l) Inspected goods to ensure that they were of good quality and quantity
m) Dispatched letters of award after prequalification
