• Receiving inbound calls of 130 customers per day in troubleshooting M-kopa devices.
• Providing customer satisfaction through the various M-kopa products and services for100+ customers a day. • Giving customers information on M-kopa’sproducts.

• General computer maintenance of over 500 computers
• Navigated new data domains quickly, understood the underlying business problems and manipulated and analyzed data, and worked with advanced SQL patterns.
• Created, Customized, Installed and Implemented application for The Asset Management(Snipe-IT) which covered over 1000 assets.
