Having a degree in counselling psychology, I have acquired skills and knowledge for my practises. From my counselling experience, I have witnessed clients change positively and get
positive feedback. I am competent enough to understand diverse populations, and mental
health issues, create treatment plans, and provide counselling services as well as conduct
psychoeducation and Sensitization programs.
Experience
Having worked in hospitals I am competent enough to deal with diverse mental health issues, and populations, creating treatment plans, conducting psychoeducation and sensitization programs as well as record keeping and writing referrals. Through this, I have seen positive behavioral changes as well as feedback from the client. I am able to apply psychoanalysis to understand the client's issues and CBT therapy for behavioral change
