1. Assistant Manager - Content Design and Development.: Expo 2020 Dubai. 2020 - 2022

▪  Supported with design and development of the Director-General Office-led Expo experiences under Her Excellency Reem Al Hashimi.

▪  Maintained communications & relations between 70+ country pavilions and various Expo departments.

▪  Created Visual Visitor Journeys maps based on Expo’s themes i.e., Agricultural-focused.

▪  Supported relevant content programs and proactively monitored their progress, resolved issues,

and initiated appropriate policies and actions e.g., The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program.

▪  Worked closely with stakeholders, digital partners, Pavilion Directors, and Country Ambassadors to ensure content and image quality for Marketing, Social Media, etc., departments were viable for editorial and commercial use.

▪  Supported the International Participants and Partner input into the Content Management System (CMS) and MAM. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, presentation requirements documentation pavilions.
 

2.Project Manager: Part-Time - Kojac Legacy – Dubai. 2020 - 2021

▪  Developed event concepts and overall plans (digital campaign plan) by working closely with the internal team to gather information related to the event, including the number of guests, the purpose of the event, preferences for venues, food, and décor, etc.

▪  Created proposals, concepts, RFP/RFQs, and quotations to present to the client. - schedule and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

▪ Planned and allocated digital resources and budgets for new events. Worked
directly with vendors and clients to negotiate contracts for various services and products related to the event.

3.Assistant Content & Knowledge Manager- Expo 2020 Dubai. 2020 - 2020

▪  Managed Expo 2020's Content Management System (CMS).

▪  Ensured project teams were trained in and understood the system and the metadata including, orientation and training among staff/users.

▪  Developed and grew customers database and provided insights for targeted campaigns.

▪  Ensured content curation and quality control by liaising with departments across the organization to better understand Expo offerings enough to identify and prioritize content that needed to be added/updated in the system.

▪  Worked with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the system remained an up-to-date source of information for users across Expo.

▪  Day-to-day content collation and entry into the system, edited and reviewed content where required, analyzed usage across the organization, gathered feedback from internal users, and identified and made necessary updates to ensure success.

4.Content Developer- Penit-Down. 2015 -2019

▪  Researched new and fresh ideas pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned.

▪  Helped create style guides or suggested changes to ensure content was consistent & clear.
