One of my greatest personal achievements was enhancing positivity and mutual respect among young students for all to feel comfortable to learn,Enhanced student learning by optimizing a wide range of instructional approaches, Introduced circle time which increased student's confidence and ability to engage in conversations with each other, researched new materials and resources for an Ecde program resulting in the betterment of students' grades. Implemented the Reggio Emilia approach in its real sense and restructured the entire classroom to suit the purpose, resulting in 20% improvement in the students' learning.
