I am a graduate from Kenyatta University.I was pursing Public Policy and Administration and was able to do my field work at Kenyatta National Hospital as an office administrator assistant.My duties were:
Intern - Office Administration

Assisted office administrators in day-to-day administrative tasks, including file management, data entry, and scheduling.
Supported the coordination of meetings and events, including preparing meeting materials and organizing logistics.
Responded to phone inquiries and directed calls to appropriate staff members.
Assisted in maintaining office supplies inventory and restocking as necessary.
Collaborated with colleagues to improve office organization and streamline administrative procedures.

My duties and roles were:
Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer questions and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Providing Information: Offering detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Handling Complaints: Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Processing Orders: Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.

Technical Support: Providing basic technical assistance or troubleshooting for products and services.

Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggesting additional products or services that might be beneficial to customers.

Customer Follow-Up: Conducting follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
