I have worked as a Content Creator at Serenity Crest Homes (website page) from November 2022 to present - where I mainly collect data on various required topics and it is uploaded on their website page.

I have had the opportunity of working as a Customer engagement executive at Greenlight Planet Kenya from 2021 to 2022- where I mainly focused on interacting on a one-to-one basis with clients ensuring efficient delivery of services and products to its ever-growing clientele. Some of the duties assigned to me included: 

• Check customer satisfaction degree after a sale and increase customer retention
• Receive customer queries and ensure these are resolved in a timely manner
• Implement corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• Proactively contacting dormant customers directly to resolve any pending issues

I have worked as both a Consultant and Research Intern at the Centre for Human Rights and Policy Studies. Some of the duties assigned to me included:

• Participating in research, data collection, pilot Studies, field studies, analysis and in developing reports related to CHRIPS projects
• Planning, participating in and carrying out the logistics at workshops, meetings and other events that CHRIPS undertakes
• Developing papers, reports, articles, opinion pieces as assigned
• Participating in and leading knowledge generation, analysis and dissemination in different forums internal to and external to CHRIPS and taking initiative in these tasks
• Participating in programmatic and administrative aspects as assigned and as necessary for undertaking
• Attending and representing CHRIPS in external forums as assigned

I have worked as a Content Supervisor in the recently concluded 2019 Kenya Housing and Population Census. Some of the duties assigned to me included:

• Training all the enumerators under their supervision
• Assigning enumeration areas to the Enumerators under my supervision
• Undertaking census enumeration in the resampled households
• Ensuring that everybody in the supervision area has been enumerated

I worked as a Social Development Officer Intern at Huduma Center-Makadara under the Ministry of East African Community Affairs, Labour and Social Protection from 24th of July to 25th September 2017. Some of the duties assigned to me included the following:

• Registration of Self-Help Groups and Community Based Organizations
• Counseling and groups dispute resolution 
• Confirmation, opening and change of bank signatories
• Indexing of files and general administrative duties
• Developing sex disaggregated data for gender responsive planning and programming.

I have also worked as a Polling/ Counting Clerk at Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission in the Matungu Constituency by-elections held on 4th March 2021. Some of the duties assigned to me included:

• Organizing the polling place before the polls open
• Ensuring that qualified voters are permitted to vote
• Checking in and processing voters
• Providing instructions and assistance to voters
• Distributing ballots to registered voters
• Answering voter’s questions

I have partly worked as an Academic writer. Through this position I am experienced in writing reports and essays efficiently. Through it (Academic writing) I have developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
