I hold a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and graduated on December 16, 2022, from Kabarak University. I am a self-driven person with 2 years of experience as a customer service representative. Efficient in performing the administrative and front-desk tasks of large-scale offices. Proficient in the MS Office Suite. Also, I am flexible, meaning I can perform different tasks at the same time (multitasking), am a fast learner, and can work under minimal supervision. I believe that information is the key to change, and the best way to affect change is by organizing and presenting information in such a way that it can make a difference. I have consistently proven my ability to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives, solve mission-critical problems, and prioritize crucial tasks while maintaining the high standards expected of my role.
