I am experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and over 3 years of hands-on experience, I am confident that my skills and expertise make me an ideal candidate for this role.

Currently working as System Administrator at Meru Central Dairy Union (Mount Kenya Milk), which also have Meru Dairy Sacco Limited and therefore I have gained experience in managing and maintaining computer systems such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Microsoft Navision ERP and Microsoft Business Central ERP.  Management of Domain Naming Service (DNS), Complex Network Architecture Monitoring, and Cybersecurity Architecture Using Firewall such as Fortigate Firewall. Additionally, my experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures has enabled me to streamline IT operations and improve overall efficiency.

I am highly proficient in a range of problem-solving and ICT support abilities to overcome glitches with creative solutions that are strategically designed to last long-term, and I have a strong understanding of database management systems, cloud technologies, and IT security protocols.
