Current Position: PROJECT MANAGER, - key responsibilities, include; - Checking all critical stages to ensure that the quality meets both the specification and the expectation of the end user. Highlighting potential specification design issues for comments before they affect construction and program. Checking for component clashes. Giving a view on completion dates as work progress. Auditing workforce attendance if required. Reporting any unresolved concerns.

 Current Position: ASSISTANT ARCHITECT, - key responsibilities include; - Provide architectural assistance to architects in developing construction plans. Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, and cross-sections in construction drawings. Assist architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings. Apply survey notes in architectural drawings with precise specifications. Use advanced software like AutoCAD or ArchiCAD in preparing architectural plans. Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects. Interact with clients to implement their plans and goals in architectural project drawings. Execute all aspects of architectural processes and issues. Maintaining all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications, and survey notes in an organized manner. Ensuring compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards.

Current Position: CLERK OF WORKS, - key responsibilities, include; - Making sure that work is carried out to the client's standards, specifications, correct materials, workmanship and schedule Becoming familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, checking them and using them as a reference when inspecting work Making visual inspections Taking measurements and samples on site to make sure that the work and the materials meet the specifications and quality standards Being familiar with legal requirements and checking that the work complies with them. Having a working knowledge of health and safety legislation and bringing any shortfalls observed to the attention of the resident engineer. Advising the contractor about certain aspects of the work, particularly when something has gone wrong, the advice is not be interpreted as an instruction.
