Roles and Experience

 a) Marketing of products and services such as website builders, domains, hosting servers and SSL certificates. (Clients from Kenya and India).

 b) Billing services related to hosting services, domains and website builders. 

c) Offering technical support, over calls, live chats and tickets to customers 

d) Reaching out to customers to renew their services and subscribe to others.

 e) Participated in campus drives to train students and youths on digital skills

 At Ryanada, learnt to market products and services both new and existing. Engaged customers via email, phone calls and text messages and would offer customer support sufficiently.

 Also worked in the billing department, preparing invoices, sending out invoices, and assisting/reminding clients to renew and restore their services. Gained technical support skills through working closely with technical support Engineers at Ryanada/Truehost cloud.

2.Intern, Procurement Officer - Eldama-Ravine Sub-Country Referral Hospital in Baringo.

 a) Preparing quotations.

 b) Evaluating tenders and awarding contracts.

 c) Receiving, inspecting, accepting, and issuing of items to various departments. 

d) Handling all the required documents in procurement such as the LPO, Requisition form, S13, invoices, and delivery notes.
