I am a graduate of Bachelor of commerce Accounting option and a masters degree in finance from the university of Nairobi. I have advance experience in accounting and finance mostly financial analysis, Portfolio analysis, Audit and assurance, compliance and the general accounting knowledge. An insightful and innovative pragmatic who challenges the status quo and leads teams to exceptional results. Passionate about establishing a culture of performance and continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, drive growth and enhance profitability of the organization am working for.

As an Internal Auditor, I plan and execute audit assignments, Assess financial and operational processes to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to organizational guidelines.
Highlights:
• Facilitate audit entry and closure meetings to discuss audit scope, objectives, timelines, and closing processes.
• Perform risk-based audits on business processes, collect audit evidence and document exceptions noted for process improvements. 
• Prepare detailed reports, obtain management comments and agree on corrective actions plans.
• Undertake audit investigations and special reviews and subsequent produce reports for management action.
• Follow up the implementation of agreed corrective actions noting status, management action and issues are closed out as per agreed schedules.
• Review policies and procedures to ensure completeness, controls enforcement and performance measurement are adhered to minimize business risks.
