I’ve led cross-functional delivery, built branded layouts and streamlined workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier and Google Sheets. Whether managing product lifecycles, creating SOPs, or optimizing customer support systems, I bring clarity, speed and strategic thinking to every project.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sales and Marketing from The East African University, complemented by technical training in Fullstack Software Engineering from ALX Africa/Holberton School. My education spans product design, user research and frontend development, with certifications in Cybersecurity (ISC2), Product Management (Women Techsters) and Data Science (LuxTech Academy).
