I am a certified personal development and goal-setting coach with a strong background in administration and human resources. Over the past 10+ years, I have supported organizations and teams in HR management, sales administration, and operational efficiency, gaining practical insight into how people and systems achieve results. Combining this experience with coaching skills, I now help individuals gain clarity, set purposeful goals, overcome obstacles, and take consistent action toward meaningful personal and professional growth.

Education

I am a certified Life, Growth & Leadership Coach (2024) with a Diploma in Counseling Psychology (2022–2024) from the Kenya Institute of Business and Counseling Studies. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University (2010)
