Ø  Support retention, sustainability and transition interventions by the project:

Ø  Submission of timely and quality monthly reports

Ø  Generated Ksh. 500,000 per month from new donor funding sources.

Ø  Generated Ksh. 250,000 per month unrestricted income from social enterprises every month towards program sustainability

Ø  Attained 100% retention of all the current donor funding through efficient project execution

Ø  Attained 96% minimum project target achievement and budget burn rate every month

                                                  Main responsibilities

Ø  Identify and select Common Interest Groups (CIGs) to work with.

Ø  Build partnerships with CIGs on Self-help initiatives.

Ø  Organize workshops as seems appropriate for such groups (CIGs)

Ø  Facilitate CIGs towards internal lending and savings

Ø  Conduct peace building, coexistence and rights trainings for CIGs

Ø  Collect and analyze data for reporting on project implementation.

Ø  Communities sensitized on their role in developments and role of the duty bearers.
