Hello there! My name is Monicah Wanjema,  and I'm a full-stack software engineer passionate about JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Coding is one of my favorite things to do, and JavaScript is something I am particularly passionate about. The websites I have built include my portfolio and an online drought website that can be accessed through my GitHub profile. Due to my experience working remotely and meeting hard deadlines, I am capable of creating websites, data entry, and virtual assistance. I've spent the last several months working on several projects: landing pages, APIs, and a desktop delivery app for a local restaurant chain.

Before joining micro verse I was self-learning java and used a free code camp for learning. While I studied education, I never graduated, as I became interested in people doing technology, I started coding, but I wasn't sure what I wanted until I realized how much impact it could have on people. Eventually, I landed a scholarship at Microverse. It was the best decision I have ever made because I learned how to be professional, keep time, and gain self-confidence by socializing with people from different backgrounds.
