Monicah Nzuki

I am a  female graduate from University of Kabianga with a Bachelor's of Arts Economics degree.I am currently working with Faulu Bank Kitui branch as a sales consultant since March 2023.I have also worked with Mwananchi Financial Services and Four Smiles Ltd company in the year 2021 performing the role of Relationship officer .Roles I have been attending to include marketing the company's products ,recruiting new clients as I advice them on maintaining healthy business relations and also collection. I also perform other duties directed by my supervisor including enrolling client's data to the system and any other office work .I am an enthusiastic individual and open minded. I am as well  a team player and can work under pressure to reach targets within a fixed timelines.

I have over two year work experience as a credit officer. I am currently working with Faulu Bank Kitui branch since March 2023 to date . Previously  I worked with Mwananchi Financial Services and Four Smiles Ltd company between November 2020 to February 2023 .I have been attending to all aspects of KPIs accordingly hence maintaining a favorable portfolio. I perform roles including marketing the company's products to bring new qualified clients, recruiting and admitting new clients ,following for payments to maintain good collection, attending to any duty offered by my supervisor, keeping good relations between the existing customers with the company to avoid loosing them and also advising the clients to maintain healthy business relations. 

I have studied Bachelor of Arts Economics at the University of Kabianga (2016 to 2020)
