people management and patient experience as well as passion to work with your
organization have skilled me to apply for the above position. I am passionate about
implementation, supporting development of necessary policies and guidelines. Currently
I am working with penda health organization as a branch manager, this has broadened
my skills as a leader.

background makes me even more apt for this role. I hold certification in leadership and
management from African management institute,a diploma in clinical medicine and
surgery amongst other certifications. Am skillful in planning , I can motivate and
