Currently i work with Pwani Oil Products Ltd ,which is a manufacturing company that deals with finished consumer goods. My day to day tasks are as below ;
- Engaging with a portfolio of customers and supporting in order generation and preparation of invoices for loading.
- Lead link between the company and key direct customers handling communication on pricing, stock outs, new product introductions and goods for loading plan.
- Assist with customer complaint investigations and drafting responses and resolutions.
- Establishing and maintaining back-office system for storing new and existing client profiles.
- Maintaining all hard copy and digital files using oracle.
- Supporting Senior management in devising and implementing strategies to improve business efficiency, performance, and success.
- Managing information on company databases for different organizational activities to track history and safeguard accurate information.

Analyzing and making recommendations as expected, with over 10years of quality work experience acquired in various challenging roles with various organizations.
