Am a volunteer at Malava Sub County Public Health Office for 3 years now, currently a Community Health Extended Worker at Fubuye Community Unit, I have carried out several data collection during my time in College and in field, recently I did a data collection using Client exit interview tool to assess the services given by healthcare workers to community members in our Health facilities.
