Michael Munabe

I'm Michael Okumu Munabe,i hold a Certificate in Basic Cookery and a Certificate in Hospitality and Catering.I am currently having a working experience of 5 years of working as a Fast Foods Chef plus 2 years of working as both saucier and butcher chef. My core roles being, food handling, keeping kitchen to quality sanitation and standards as well as ensuring that I prepare foods that leave the customers with the desire of coming back for more which has successfully happened often on many occasions. I am a dedicated and hardworking person through integrity and teamwork. 

Worked for 5  years in a fast food restaurant.

Working in a 4star hotel since 2021 as an entremetier, saucier and butcher chef.

Attained distinction in the certificate of hospitality and Catering from Miramar International College.
