I am well qualified, having completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Strategic Management from Moi University, Kenya and Diploma in Information Technology. I also hold various academic and professional proficiencies ranging from accounting (CPA) to computer skills which has equipped me to be conversant with various financial , accounting  and project management strategies, planning, communications, logistics, reporting and data base management, methodologies especially in the area of financial, Accounting information technology and administrative functions with knowledge on various financial systems such as AIMS, Fortis, INSIS ,T24, CRIMS , FMS, TQ and QuickBooks having worked  with credible and recognized fast paced organizations that have enabled me to be familiar with what this role calls for such as worked with Kenya Orient Insurance( Operations and Claims analyst) , Britam Insurance ( Claims- Microinsurance Claims),SMEP DTM bank, and Cytonn Investments ( Funds operations). I also understand the impact of operational initiatives to the growth of the company.

Beyond my professional experience and skills, I interact in a polite but aggressive and diplomatic manner with due diligence with assertive nature in negotiation. I also have the ability to work both independently, in a team environment, and to meet deadlines with willingness to learn from and share with others.

Lastly, I will strongly contribute in strengthening your operations in claims since the call for service embedded in me and I am well informed about your organization’s mandate and concerns on insurance and banking
