I have more than ten years of experience in Insurance Underwriting, Claims Management, and Risk Management - currently pursuing a master of business administration major in Insurance from the University of Nairobi. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science from Kenyatta University and towards completing an associate diploma in insurance, AIIK. I have excellent computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Being a highly analytical thinker, I can quickly identify, scrutinize, improve, and streamline complex work processes. I consider myself a personable professional whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and building rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.
