Competent & results oriented Professional with expertise in and Office Administration in a INGO.
 Experienced in coordinating all end to end logistics involved in Local / International travels I.e. booking
travel, accommodation, organizing visas, ground transport for Project Staff.
 Expertise in providing excellent Customer service, Operations and general Administrative support
functions to ensure smooth running of day-to-day Project activities preparing tea and ensuring the wash
rooms are clean as per the standards of health hygine.
 Strong expertise in Diary / Calendar management, maintaining Office Calendar of events, scheduling &
cancelling meetings, booking meeting rooms and Company Events management.
 Ability to work under pressure and time constraints as well as handle a number of tasks simultaneously
so as to meet tight deadlines.
 Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player with proven communication and diplomacy with
the ability to work effectively with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams with sensitivity and respect
for diversity.
 Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and expertise in managing Projects databases using
Microsoft Access.

Education

Diploma in Public Relations, CPA Part 1,basic computer packages, Accounting Packages, QuickBooks.
