I am a motivated and committed IT and administrative professional with over two years of experience. In my most recent role as a Unit Coordinator at Aga Khan University Hospital from December 2022 to May 2023, I demonstrated proficiency in managing unit admissions, transfers, and discharges. I ensured accurate record-keeping, managed stationery supplies, and collaborated with various stakeholders for effective patient care. Additionally, I handled communication, maintained open beds information, and addressed client concerns.

Prior to this, I served as a Program Assistant at Liberty Breeze Ltd from May 2020 to June 2022, where I contributed to the design and testing of web applications. My responsibilities included document preparation, database maintenance, client training, and weekly reporting to the board. I played a key role in identifying and addressing issues within existing systems, overseeing troubleshooting, and leading other IT employees.

I also volunteered with Voluntarily Service Overseas (VSO Kenya) as a Program Administrative Assistant for the National Volunteer ICS Program from January 2020 to March 2020. In this capacity, I managed tasks and projects, organized field trips and social events, maintained social media accounts, and facilitated various programs.

Earlier in my career, I worked with Cloud Factory as a Quality Assurance specialist from November 2019 to January 2022. My responsibilities included training on image annotations, ensuring data quality for AI projects, data analysis, and providing feedback to the study management team.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Egerton University, Kenya, where I attained Second Class Honours from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, I have pursued specialized training in Computer Software Applications at Mwangaza College in 2014, earning a Distinction. In 2017, I completed a course in Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) at Adept College for Professional Studies, achieving a Distinction. Furthermore, I obtained certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Achievers School of Professional Studies in 2017 with a Distinction. I have also undertaken professional training in Web Development, Digital Skills, and UI/UX Training.
