Mercy Odhiambo

I am an experienced product lead with well-developed skills and experience in sales 
management, product planning and marketing, user research and analysis and worked 
in the industry since 2015.
I also have a background in Public administration and Sociology with strong knowledge 
and skills in administration, communications, social statistics and community 
development. I consider myself to have an entrepreneurial mindset and have practical 
experience in business management.

 I have previous experience working in customer service, sales & marketing,worked as a customer representative for Micromobile Ltd,then sales assistant for Fones Direct Ltd and currently for Over the mobile Ltd.My work experience has allowed me to understand the importance of great team dynamics in today’s multi-disciplinary business environment. As a result, I have been able to pick up skills in people management. This enthusiasm allowed me to rise to the rank of Senior Commercial Product Lead.

 I have a Bachelor of Arts in Public administration and sociology attained from the University of Nairobi. I am also a recent graduate with a certificate in data analysis from Sonek Data School majoring in SPSS, STATA and advance excel.
