Duties and Responsibilities

Teacher Support and Coaching:

• Conduct daily classroom observations and provide feedback to enhance the teaching team's efficiency in an instructional coach capacity.
• Assist teachers in improving their professional effectiveness by collaboratively defining annual goals and working towards their achievement in a managerial role.
• Monitor and evaluate the learning experience across classes/grades, identifying trends, brainstorming improvements, and collaborating with Central Academic Leadership.
• Design and lead data-driven, weekly Professional Development training sessions for Teachers.

Academic Projects:

• Coordinate the timely execution of academic projects across classes/grades.
• Facilitate a continuous feedback loop between the Teaching team and Learning Design team to refine lesson content.
• Communicate ongoing academic project updates and Academic progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret internal and external school assessment data, developing strategic systems to enhance student academic performance.

School Resources and Support:

• Collaborate with the Principal to articulate a compelling vision for the school’s culture and program development.
