Dear Hiring Manager,
I am Mercy Anyona currently working at Majorel Kenya Limited. I am currently working for Zalando, an online shopping platform. Am currently handling the German market. I handle calls emails and chats in regard to clients orders and all the challenges that might arise during shopping and shipping of goods .
I was previously at CCI Kenya where i was working for Mshwari campaign, an NCBA bank product. I am writing to express my interest to join your organisation as a customer service representative.
I worked with CCI Kenya for one year and two months and during this period I managed to be the top performer and even managed to be the top converter six times consecutively with a very high collection against my allocation while working in the collection department. This made me stand out from my fellow agents and I have received several awards for being an outstanding performer.
