I have four years experience in the hospitality industry. I started off as a kitchen aid and now I am a chef. I have worked as a cook in majority places like restaurants and hotels but began working as a chef in private functions and in cafe's. 1 important tool I think is very important to any chef and is very vital in this industry besides communication is understanding your guest and anticipating his/her needs. To me giving the guest what he/she wants, how he/she wants it and when he/she wants it, is very important

I am a certified culinary practitioner with a certificate from Utalii college and a certified first aider with proper training from The Red cross society of kenya and the Kenya scouts commission.
