 HIV viral extraction and real time PCR analysis to provide viremia count relative to the controls and protocols provided. 

 HIVDR to detect and analyze HIV drug resistance for patients who have shown low or no susceptibility to the available drugs.

  Prepare reagent such as agarose gel, operate and conduct gel electrophoresis

  Prepare master mix for RT PCR, and Nested PCR.

  Perform cycle sequencing

  Perform manual and automated extraction procedures for DNA and RNA

  Pipette and aliquot small volumes required for all the procedures stated above. 

 Conduct all sterilization and biosafety in all labs especially in TB and sample handling bench. 

 Perform ELISA for identification and confirmatory test of specimens 

 Learn, understand and use the principle of Quantiferon kit for analysis of TB latent and active cases. 

 Perform all PCR procedures at molecular level
