I am a resourceful and results-driven Human Resources professional and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management. I am competent in implementing HR initiatives, developing HR procedures, coordinating recruitment, working with company management to consult and plan, fostering a positive working environment, following up on staff grievances, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Throughout my career I have thrived to ensure the smooth running of office operations and that people are valued and rewarded for what they do and have achieved. Key highlights of my experience include; developing the Human Resource Procedure and Policies Manual, maintaining an efficient filing system, receiving and computing staff leave applications, interviewing the shortlisted candidates for various positions, and handling employee relations.
