I am competent in implementing HR initiatives, developing HR procedures, coordinating recruitment, working with company management to consult and plan, fostering a positive working environment, following up on staff grievances, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Throughout my career I have thrived to ensure the smooth running of office operations and that people are valued and rewarded for what they do and have achieved.
