Over 15 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) successfully leading and managing talent acquisition processes with integrity (working with hiring managers in preparing Terms of Reference for the staffing needs, e-vacancy announcements, shorting listing, facilitating interviews through talent onboarding) in a complex and multicultural environment in Kenya and Sudan in compliance with the corporate HRM standards.

Profound experience in supporting organizational change management in HRM organizational staffing alignment that has successfully contributed to the change of majority of staff’s contracting terms and conditions as Fixed Term holders from Service Contracts hence the stability and retention of the talent.

Almost five years successfully managing Protocol, Administrative issues and Travel requests for expatriates (Kenya Revenue Authority, Resident Permits, Visas) etc.

Proven solid interpersonal skills with high social intelligence to work proficiently with external/internal clients as well as with international and national staff for over 15 years. 

Demonstrated excellent planning skills and the capacity to diligently deliver the results within the set deadlines with minimal supervision coupled with team leadership skills to facilitate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams towards timely completion of recruitment processes for both national and international staff (on different type of contractual arrangement e.g., Consultants, Service Contracts and Fixed Term, Service Contract).

Proactively resourceful with HRM technical advice with the focus on Talent Acquisition (from a profound HRM experience spanning over 11 years) to various stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers and HRM Team).
