My name is Mary kagambo.

 I have worked as customer care officer at milk processing industry for 10 years. My work entailed dealing with corporate customers i.e hotels, schools, and hospital. 

 Am passionate about handling and resolving customer complaints, workings towards customers delivery and satisfaction. Ensuring customers orders and deliveries are received promtly.

Am a holder of diploma in business management and a full secretarial course.
