Martin Nyaga

I am an ambitious young man passionate about research. I love telling stories using numbers and enjoy a good challenge. Currently, my responsibility is to offer analytical support to various business units by conducting research and generating reports. I monitor the loan portfolio and give insights on book quality to various levels of management. I also conduct macro economic reasonability tests to support the IFRS 9 model.

2021- Date : Business Analyst at Platinum Credit Limited. In this role, my primary responsibility is to offer analytical support to various business units.

2017- 2021: Credit Analyst at Platinum Credit Limited. In this role I did loan appraisal and prepared various credit reports.

2015- 2016: Research Assist at Kenya National Bureau of Statistics. My responsibility was to conduct data collection and entry for a national survey.

2015 January -April: Economics Intern at Nairobi City County. I worked in the Economic Planning department to conduct research and prepare relevant economic development reports.

2011-2014: BSc Economics and Statistics, Chuka University.

2010-2011: ACCA Part 1 and 2, Strathmore University

2006-2009: KCSE B+, Nairobi School.
