I AM 27 YEARS OF AGE. STUDIED DIPLOMA IN MASS COMMUNICATION & JOURNALISM. I HAVE 5 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN THE SECRETARIAL FIELD.. VERY GOOD AT TYPING AND DATA ENTRY.

I'M WORKING AS A SECRETARY AT A SHOWROOM. IT HAS BEEN A ROLLER COASTER BUT MOSTLY FUN, LOTS OF LEARNING AND GAINING KNOWLEDGE. GETTING TO INTERACT WITH CLIENTS AND ASSISTING THEM. MY DUTIES ARE AS STATED BELOW

Answering and directing calls using multi-line switchboard. 

Providing clerical support to other company employees by copying, faxing and filing documents. 

Developing and updating spreadsheets and databases to track, analyze and report on performance and sales data. 

Communicating with customers via phone and email to Relationship development follow-up on payments due and respond to inquiries. 

Highly organized

Coordinating bookings for motor vehicle inspections,Number plate registration as well as preparation of Sales  Agreements.                                                                                                           Submitting NHIF and NSSF monthly 

Submitting Pay as you earn (PAYE)
