I have hands on experience in customer care and admin support and have been exposedto roles that covered guest relations, front office management, reservations, stock keeping, communication, client relations, documentation, reporting and record/data management support, sales support, office operations, property listing, invoicing, exports, imports and system support.

 

My key competencies are as discussed below:

  • Educational background – Bachelor of Science in Communication and Public Relations (BSci CPR,2nd class Upper Division,  school of information science, department of communication studies, Moi University-main campus, Eldoret Kenya).Key unit areas: communication, public relations, development, research, organizational behavior, leadership, human resources and information management.
  • Knowledge of organizational procedures/systems/tools
  • Exposed to software like Microsoft Office, eZee Front Desk, Hotel Plus System, Integrated Customer Services System (ICSS), KWATOS, IPAKI, TRADE-X, ICMS, Outlook, Smile, Bcare, Microsoft Teams, TIGER, OPUS, S400(ALIS), SAGE
  •  outstanding organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing, excellent verbal and written communications skills, discretion and confidentiality, responsible, detail oriented, highly efficient
