I have over a decade of diverse professional experience spanning various industries, including healthcare, customer service, social media, insurance, and sales. My roles have ranged from being a Swahili/English Interpreter at Globo Language Solutions to a Trainer and Team Leader at CCI Kenya Ltd. I've worked in positions where I trained call center representatives, managed teams, and improved call center processes. I also served as a back Back-Office Support at CarePay Limited, where I contributed to project meetings, handled administrative tasks, and offered solutions to customer complaints. In my role as a Content and Social Manager at Webtribe Limited, I enhanced social media engagement, assisted customers on social platforms, and supervised public relations staff. Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Multichoice Kenya Limited, where I provided front-line customer support, handled inquiries and complaints, and processed payments and refunds. My professional journey began as a Hospital Receptionist at Kileleshwa Medical Center, where I managed appointments, handled patient information, and carried out various administrative tasks. My experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set, including customer service, translation, communication, data analysis, multitasking, and leadership. These experiences have enabled me to adapt to different roles and industries successfully.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Science from St. Paul's University, which I earned between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, I completed a Diploma in Marketing Management at the Kenya Institute of Management from 2010 to 2012. My educational background also includes a Certificate in Sales and Marketing from P.C Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute (2008-2011), a Certificate in Software Packages from Mainframe I.T Solutions (2007-2008), and I successfully completed my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education at Mt. Kinangop Girls Secondary School (2004-2007). These educational achievements have provided me with a strong foundation in business and marketing, which I have applied in my professional roles.
