In my current position as a Health records/claims officer at Nairobi Womens Hospital Adams , I have gained valuable experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. I have also developed strong skills in data entry, record management, and customer service, which I believe will be highly beneficial in this role.

In addition to my experience and skills, I am also highly organised and detail-oriented, which are essential qualities for a successful Health Records professional. I am able to work well under pressure and am always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that patients' records are accurate and complete.

Maintain quality and accurate records by following hospital
procedures.
● Ensure patient charts, paperwork, and reports are completed in an
accurate and timely manner.
● Make sure all medical records are protected and kept confidential.
● File all patients' medical records and information.
● Completes clerical duties including answering phones, responding
to emails, and processing patient admission and discharge records.
● submit a monthly statistical report as required by the program
supervisor to look after every client properly on time
● Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information.
