Lydiah mugure Ngugi

I am a Bachelor’s degree holder having attained a first class Honor in Hospitality and Tourism management. Hence I have extensive experience in the customer service industry and it has enabled me to relate well with people. My job experiences as outlined in my curriculum vitae have helped me sharpen my administrative, I.T and communication skills. I am also deeply familiar with Microsoft word, and excel and adapt quickly to new programs. Am also exceptionally  skilled in cake baking and decoration and offer one on one training for the same.
