Over seven (7) years I deepened my knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of technology, from the minimalistic nature of IT to the vast spatial opportunities that technological platforms provide.

I have learnt and acquired the skill of leveraging technology, to devise new or improve ways of working, not only to provide an optimal environment to work in/with (highly available systems, with enhanced data and network security) but to also ensure a return on investment, with the eventuality of enabling the business meets its desired goal and strategic objectives.

Passionate about what I do, I gladly meet challenges in delivering many projects as a project manager. In addressing the needs of the users my role includes sourcing application software and directing its implementation, management, administration, and maintenance.

At JW Seagon I utilize technology to ensure return on investment within a business, ensure high availability of business systems, and safeguard enhanced data and network security to guarantee that the business meets its targets and strategic objectives.

Network Security and Data Specialist

• Develop and implement Cyber Security policies and SOPs
• Lead in sourcing hardware and software systems, providing routine maintenance and the necessary support to the business.
• Develop and maintain business analytics dashboards and reports in support of strategic planning and product development. 
• Safeguard the business by enhancing the network and data security in addition to administering and maintaining Network Security.
• Developed, implemented, and ensured tracking of ICT Risk management as a mode of business continuity.

Information Technology Manager

• Conducted systems analysis, design, and testing and collected and provided programmer specifications in liaison with the respective users/stakeholders.

Database Administrator: Business Intelligence and Reporting

• Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of all Database Systems running within the organization.
• Provision of a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend structure & frontend accessibility and intractability for end-users.

• Continuous contribution to team’s effort by accomplishing related results as required by departmental quality objectives. 
• Recommending and implementing systems solutions so as to enhance systems functionality, security, integrity and high availability. 
• Prepare users for system changes by conducting training; providing information; resolving problems. 
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards as well updating ICT’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 
• Installation of revised or new systems by proposing specifications and flowcharts; recommending optimum access techniques; coordinating installation requirements. 
• Monitoring database performance, implementing changes and applying new patches and versions when required by Windows Servers and Microsoft SQL.
