In my current role as Supervisor, Projects and Account Management at M-Shule Limited, I have increased additional work turnover by 30% to over KES 20 million and the company contract base by 3. I have implemented a stringent KPI tracking and reporting structure for the team that resulted in a 43% reduction in user churn rate over the past 3-year period. I have also partnered with key stakeholders on the development of 10+ beneficiary training and evaluation programs, successfully engaging over 10,000 users, including persons with low literacy levels and disabilities.

In my previous role as Business Development Executive at Bright Spark Media, I led the strategy sessions that resulted in the acquisition of the company’s biggest client, expanding to Nairobi for a 3-year contract. I closed 5 advertisement clients during your first 8 months at the company and assisted in setting up a sales team in the new company.

Education

BA Sociology: This is a four-year undergraduate program that focuses on the study of human society and social behavior. The curriculum covers topics on social psychology, cultural anthropology, research methods, and social policy.

Project Management Essentials Certificate: This training involved learning the agile principles, tools, and techniques used to efficiently plan, execute, and close projects.
