I did my work based learning at the Nairobi water and Sewerage Company in the department of 
ICT as and IT support Assistant. 
Responsibilities: 
• Offering IT support when needed to other members of Staff. 
• Managing customer and staff software. 
• Design a Risk Management System. 
• Networking. 
• Troubleshooting computer components. 
• Performing daily server backups. 
• Rebooting and addressing the networking protocols. 
• Building customer relationships. 

VOLUNTEERSHIP IN YOUNIB TV ORGANIZATION 

I volunteer at Younib TV Media Organization  where am responsible 
for the video editing department as their head in the YOUNIB Media TV editing Crew. This organization 
has helped me learn new skills in life like leadership and management, video editing and production. 
Below are the Job responsibilities I have under the ICT department as the IT officer and the Video 
editing department:
• Managing and maintaining the network infrastructure. 
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Providing technical support to end-users, resolving their queries and ensuring seamless connectivity and accessibility.

I am an accomplished student who acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a second-class achievement from Strathmore University. In my bachelor's degree program studies, I gained IT experience in web development, database administration, android development, networking, and software development, with a deep understanding of hardware, software, networking, and security systems. I also managed to innovate and 
develop a supply chain web application software that enables mobile phone industries to track their goods in the supply chain process and allows business owners to gain profits in their organizations. This is one of the many projects I was able to achieve.
