I am an outstanding, hard-working, ambitious lady who is ambitious in achieving her goals and works towards achieving them. I really am passionate about digital marketing and my attention is always on achieving that career goal. However, as of now, I am looking to be more open to learning, growing, and making adequate progress in anything that is thrown my way. Digital Marketing Intern at TRU International Limited for three successful months where my role was to:  Create a Database of Emails.  Handle Social Media Pages for a client.  Create scheduled and non-scheduled posts.  Establish strategies for client.  Implement strategies for client.  Publish Ads for client on various digital platforms.  Create a social media audit.  Designing of Artwork.  Create a content calendar.  Develop online marketing ideas for a client.  Develop offline marketing ideas for a client.  Track analytics through insights of the posts performance. 

Marketing Intern at Tropikal Brands for three successful months where my role was to:  Collect qualitative and quantitative data from marketing campaigns.  Perform marketing analysis and research on competition.  Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.  Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail & web).  Prepare promotional presentations.  Help distribute marketing materials.  Manage and update the company's database and customer relationship management systems.  Help organize marketing events. 

 Research Assistant at Ocena Research for two successful months and an extra addition of four days (contract based) where my role was to:  Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.  Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.  Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.  Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.  Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.  Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
