Hello,

My name is Lilian Moipei. I have 5 years experience in the service industry. I worked at Windsor Golf Hotel and country club as a room service waitress and also as a fine dinning waitress then later at Ming tribe International  as a customer service executive where my job mostly entailed communicating with clients on phone, in person or via email.

My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customers expectation with service that sells! I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading word of your business through out loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company. Providing a valuable link between companies and its customers  is a task that I have performed with success many times.
