- Prepared and personalized Generation sessions by reviewing curriculum materials, creating annotated session plans, and integrating stories or examples so as to increase participants learning while being trained
- Delivered instruction that’s been rigorous, relevant, and appropriate for adult learners thus ensuring proper class organization.
- Worked hand in hand with my team members in inputting data using Generation’s platform (online technology and materials e.g. attendance tracker and demographic file) for future reference and data tracking
